  2. Enter authorization number (PIN), wait for prompt
  3. Dial destination number

Rates are based on Local US Access. Toll Free US (Russian Language) is 1.5 cents more Foreign Access for Canada and Western Europe: equal to US Toll Free Rate Foreign Access for Russia Moscow: a surcharge of 2.5 cents/minute will be applied to the US Toll Free rate
